Job Description
The Engineering & Technology Early Talent Leadership Development Program is a unique opportunity for mechanical engineers to kick-start their international career with leadership training, personal coaching, and network with senior leaders. The program starts in September 2026 with a role as a Mechanical Engineer in Titchfield (UK) within the Fuels product Engineering team of the Aerospace organization.
Requirements
- Currently possesses, or will have obtained a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, aeronautical engineering courses with a graduation date no later than August 2026
- Have 1-3 years of professional experience (including internships) in mechanical engineering
- Effective communication
- Proactivity and curiosity
- Ability to learn fast and take challenging tasks
- Desire to build a leadership career in a multinational company
- Flexibility to relocate within the EMEA region during the program
