Factory Manager

Eaton's Fuel and Motion Controls division is seeking a Factory Manager at our Jackson, MS facility. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain end-to-end exposure to plant operations and prepare for progression into Plant Manager roles.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Manufacturing Operations directly within a plant/factory
• Minimum two (2) years of direct supervisory experience
• Aerospace industry experience required
• A minimum of one (1) year of continuous improvement or Lean experience
