Job Description
Plant Manager role for Eaton's Mobility Business, responsible for plant management, production, operational excellence, supply chain, program management, HR, finance, and EHS. Must lead the plant leadership team to deliver safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives, and develop and execute a roadmap to achieve world-class manufacturing metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience
- Minimum 7 years of manufacturing experience
- Automotive or commercial vehicle industry experience preferred
- Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
