Job Description
Eatonās Aerospace Mission Systems Division is seeking a Plant Manager to lead the Westminster, MD facility. The Plant Manager will be responsible for leading strategic manufacturing execution, profit and loss, growth strategy, organizational direction, customer engagement and portfolio strategy to meet and exceed short and long-term business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience with progressive levels of responsibility in roles focused on Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, OPEX in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 3 years of direct leadership experience developing high performing teams and managing other managers.
