Job Description
Field Application Engineer, Electronics role involves providing customer application and technical support, design assistance, and contributions to regional business growth. The job requires frequent travel to various locations, collaboration with customers, and technical discussions.
Requirements
- Provide application support to OEMs mainly located in Texas
- Design assistance includes system analysis and proposal, product selection, layout, technical comparison, elevation drawings, configuration, etc.
- Effectively translate customer needs to commercial & R&D team
- Deliver training programs to customers and channel partners
- Gather customer feedback and provide input to product management
- Work with marketing and sales teams to identify new opportunities
- Prepare technical literatures, application notes, technical sales tools, training material etc.
