• Support sales teams with technical guidance, pricing estimates, and product implementation strategies

• Estimate implementation effort, time, and resources required for customer deployments
• Review sales proposals for accuracy, completeness, and quality
• Develop and deliver technical product presentations for customers and internal sales teams
• Provide customer training and technical troubleshooting as needed
• Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and ensure successful product deployment
