Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business discipline
- 15+ years of finance experience, including extensive statutory reporting responsibilities
- Solid knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP
- Prior experience with Workiva, SAP, and/or Oracle ERP systems
- Fluency in English (business level)
- Demonstrated success collaborating with external auditors across the EMEA region
- Proven ability to build, lead, and develop teams
- Experience managing change initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Strong strategic mindset, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
