Job Description
Eaton's Residential Wiring Devices division is seeking a Human Resources Manager to develop and administer HR policies, processes, and programs, and to provide strategic and operational leadership for the HR function in the Monterrey, Mexico operation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of experience managing human resources in the manufacturing environment
- Compensation and benefits management experience
- Policy, procedure, process, and HR metrics administration
- Organizational development and team administration
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws in Mexico
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Microsoft Office skills
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico without company sponsorship now or in the future
