Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager role is based at the South Milwaukee manufacturing location with 360 employees. The role reports directly to the Plant Manager and has three direct reports. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing and deploying business-driven HR strategies to attract, manage, develop, motivate, and retain key people.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of seven (7) years Human Resources experience
• Minimum of three (3) years managing people
• Minimum of three (3) years working in a manufacturing environment
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
