Lead Engineer - Electronics

Eaton is seeking a Lead Engineer - Electronics Hardware Design to join their team in Pune, India. The role involves developing high power density product designs, optimizing energy efficiency, and providing technical expertise to team members. The successful candidate will have prior experience in commercial vehicle product development and a proven track record in engineering research, analysis, and product design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• Over 10+ years with BE or 5+ years experience with ME / Mtech of industry experience
• Hands-on experience in new product development projects within the power electronics domain
• Expertise in hardware system design including analog and digital circuit design
• Experience in end-to-end product development: design, development, verification & validation, qualification & certification testing, and launch support
