Job Description
Eaton is seeking a Lead Power Electronics Engineer to develop innovative solutions for power conversion products. The role will lead power electronics design and development, taking full ownership of assigned tasks, and collaborate with mechanical, PCB layout, and firmware engineers to develop and validate designs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution with minimum 6 years work experience in power electronics designs and product development
- Master's degree in engineering from an accredited institution with minimum 4 years work experience in power electronics designs and product development
- Minimum 4 years of experience in power electronics modeling, simulation, and analysis experience using tools like Simulink, SPICE, or PLECS
- Minimum 4 years of experience with power converter hardware development and testing
