Lead Quality Engineer

Eaton's AER FMC Fuel Motion Control Systems division is seeking a Lead Quality Engineer at our Euclid, OH facility. The role ensures products meet customer and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement across quality systems and manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Lead and develop a team of Quality Analysts and Engineers
• Develop and monitor inspection and verification techniques
• Implement and maintain procedures in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Lead root cause investigations and implement permanent corrective actions
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to interpret quality standards and resolve product acceptability concerns
• Track and drive improvements in key performance metrics such as Productivity, On-Time Delivery, First Pass Yield, and Cycle Time/Backlog
• Partner with Manufacturing Engineering, Supplier Quality, and Supply Chain teams to eliminate quality issues and enhance process capability
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through Lean initiatives and quality program analysis
• Provide technical quality support to assigned projects, operations teams, or cells
• Identify and resolve production process issues through data-driven analysis and corrective measures
• Support and lead internal audits; ensure audit readiness and compliance with AS9100 or ISO 9001 standards
