Job Description
We are looking for a Legal Counsel to provide legal and commercial support for assigned businesses and functions within the East Asia division. The role involves assessing legal risks, developing compliance risk mitigation strategies, and providing transactional and operational support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- At least 7 years of experience with a multinational company in Utilities, Industrial, Mining, or FMCG within the APAC region
- Experience in a major law firm is highly regarded
