Job Description
Roland Berger, a global management consultancy, is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their Finance & Controlling/Legal service hub in Kuala Lumpur. The role will involve drafting and reviewing legal documents, assisting with corporate housekeeping matters, and liaising with the Global Legal Team.
Requirements
- Degree in law from a recognized university
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to teamworking
- Analytical capabilities
- Good understanding of business
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
