Job Description
Eaton’s IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team and coordinate maintenance of plant machinery and production equipment in a cost-effective method. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic or Maintenance Engineering, 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, and strong leadership and motivational ability to lead a technical workforce.
Requirements
- Direct the maintenance Team to coordinate maintenance of plant machinery and production equipment, building and general services in a cost-effective method.
- Advise staff personnel on daily production status.
- Lead, coach, and guide skilled trades within the maintenance and facilities department.
- Ensure effective maintenance and optimized uptime of all production and facilities equipment.
- Drive efforts for continuous improvement and cost saving, mainly through Corrective maintenance reduction, oil management, electric energy consumption.
