Job Description
Eaton's Electrical Sector – Power Distribution & Controls Assemblies (PDCA) business is seeking a dynamic Material Operations Manager to join our manufacturing site leadership team in Omaha, Nebraska. Relocation assistance will be provided. The role involves leading the ERP transition, supply chain and material management, and managing a team of 5-6 employees. The successful candidate will have experience in Supply Chain Management, ERP, and procurement processes, as well as leadership experience and a Bachelor's Degree.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management developing and controlling production schedules and inventory levels
- Minimum of two (2) years of direct leadership experience
- Proven experience of ERP and procurement processes (SAP Preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
