Job Description
Eaton’s Electrical division is currently seeking a Materials Operations Manager - Supply Chain to join our team in Richmond, VA - relocation assistance within the US will be provided. The role is responsible for managing the internal materials & scheduling processes required inside an Eaton factory in order to drive the maximum adherence to the Master Production Schedule provided by the Network Planning team through the SIOP process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution
- Minimum five (5) years’ combined experience in Materials, Operations and/or Supply Chain Management within a manufacturing environment
- Minimum three (3) years of manager of people experience
- APICS CPIM Certification is desirable
- Experience in supporting cross-functional SIOP and Inventory management processes
- Technical knowledge of forecasting techniques, bill of material structuring and scheduling execution
- SAP knowledge
- In-depth knowledge of plant manufacturing processes and value streams from raw materials to finished product
