Plant Manager

Eaton's Electrical Sector is hiring a Plant Manager for their Commercial Products & Assemblies (CPA) business. This position will be based in Sumter, SC. The Plant Manager will be responsible for driving strategic and operational leadership, profitability, safety, quality, productivity, materials management, delivery, training and continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Minimum of 3 years' experience leading people
• Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
• Thorough understanding of financial practices and financial statements
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and successfully lead and implement the change activities
• Working knowledge of information systems, human resources and driving key projects and plant initiatives
• Demonstrated knowledge of the methods and practices supporting manufacturing, materials/purchasing and quality assurance
• Excellent facilitation/coaching skills
• Proven ability to influence and work effectively across all levels in a highly matrixed environment
