Production Engineer

Eaton is a power management company seeking a Production Engineer to lead production activities, improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost through effective process design and Lean manufacturing principles. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in electrical and electromechanical industries, and supervisory experience. The successful candidate will work closely with safety, engineering, quality, maintenance, and production team leaders to achieve outstanding performance, maximum cost savings, and shortest delivery times.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering degree or similar
• 8+ years of experience in Production/Manufacturing/Fabrication environment
• Experience in the Electrical/Electromechanical industry within a multinational environment
• Experience supervising Production activities
• Saudi citizenship required
