Production Supervisor

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Production Supervisor to lead operations with a strong focus on safety, integrity, quality, and employee development while ensuring production demands and order fulfillment goals are consistently met. The role will be based at our facility in Wilsonville, OR and will support 1st shift (6am - 3pm).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or High school diploma with minimum 4 years of supervisor experience within manufacturing or industrial environments
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing or operations experience
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
