Job Description
Eaton’s Mission Systems Division is currently seeking a Program Manager II to support the development and execution of mission critical programs that power and protect aircraft, spacecraft, and defense platforms around the world. The Program Manager II will lead medium to high complexity programs from inception through delivery, driving disciplined execution across cost, schedule, quality, and performance commitments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- 5+ years of Project and/or Program Management experience in a manufacturing environment, including leadership of at least one development program through the full lifecycle
- Experience managing $1M+ programs
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future
- This position requires access to information or hardware subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. Persons as defined by ITAR (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee)
