Job Description
Eaton is looking for a Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the successful planning, execution, and delivery of manufacturing projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and quality-compliant delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management or related majors;
- At least 5 years of project management experience in foreign-funded manufacturing enterprises;
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production flow, and quality systems;
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Lean/Six Sigma experience is a plus;
- Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project, Power BI, or equivalent software;
- Excellent communication, coordination and negotiation skills, good logical thinking and problem-solving ability;
- Fluent in oral and written English
