Job Description
Littelfuse is a leading manufacturer of electronic components seeking a Project Manager to develop project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage risks. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering and a bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in science or engineering
- PMP certification preferred
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering
- Fluent in English
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA)
- Strong negotiation and cross-cultural communication abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
