Requirements
- HNC or HND in an engineering discipline.
- Thorough understanding of problem-solving methods, including Six Sigma, 8D, and root cause analysis.
- Detailed understanding of new product development and launch methodology.
- Knowledge of industry and customer specific quality registration schemes and certification processes.
- Process auditing techniques, Lean Manufacturing, and Process Variation Reduction concepts.
