Job Description
The Quality Manager will ensure the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001 and Eaton Quality System, and generate a Quality Culture across the organization. The responsibilities include leading wide Quality Initiatives, ensuring the necessary processes are established, implemented, and maintained for the QMS, and driving critical Quality metric improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, or related discipline
- 8-15 years of experience in quality management roles or operations in a multi-site manufacturing environment
- Proficient in English and Spanish
