Job Description
Eaton’s IS VEH VGNA division is seeking a Quality Manager to drive strategic direction of the business, ensure quality assurance requirements, and customer satisfaction, optimizing workforce utilization to minimize manufacturing costs.
Requirements
- Industrial Engineering degree or related fields
- 5 – 7 years experience in a management position within a manufacturing environment
- English – language capability, speaking, reading & writing
- Broad technical knowledge in manufacturing processes, quality assurance plant engineering, production/materials planning, maintenance needs and systems application
- EBE (or equivalent process) examiner or organization leader, six sigma qualification
- Broad financial knowledge for asset management, budgeting and profit plan obtainment
- Knowledge of behavioral science, including the ability to motivate, counsel, and constructively deal with people at all levels
- Strong leadership skills
