Job Description
To improve organizational effectiveness through the coordination and deployment of the Eaton Quality System to ensure the business meets growth, productivity, and quality objectives. The Quality Manager will drive continual improvement in the Eaton Business Excellence process throughout the organization and lead the plant's effort to understand and excel in the Eaton Business Excellence criteria.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum of five years' experience in Manufacturing and/or Engineering
- Understanding of EQS, ELSS, & EBE as components of the EBS, including the assessment process and criteria.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001.
- Bilingual English – Spanish.
- Advance computer knowledge.
- CQE and/or CQM certification by ASQ.
