Job Description
Eaton's GEIS division is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the total plant QA/QC system at our Amarillo, TX facility. The role involves providing technical assistance and quality leadership to all operating departments, driving problem resolution, and collecting and analyzing quality data. The Quality Manager will sustain and improve current manufacturing processes, ensure all plant personnel adhere to quality and process controls, and promote a positive quality culture throughout the facility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a Quality function
- Minimum five (5) years of experience within a manufacturing environment
- Minimum two (2) years of people leadership experience
