Job Description
This role is focused on configuration and system support of Eaton HR systems, ensuring they meet the organization's needs. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR technology, system configuration, and support, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in HR system configuration and support
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated proficiency of project management methodology
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong team-oriented interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and a desire to drive for results
- Thorough Knowledge of Human Resource Practices
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of HR Technology applications
- Strong analytical skills for completing complex problem solving and analysis of business processes and systems
