Job Description
The Senior Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for maintaining a positive and progressive employee relations environment, talent acquisition, college relations, internship program management, and other HR-related tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- 3+ years of experience as a HR Generalist.
- Previous experience leading employee relations, training, on-boarding, workforce planning, & performance management initiatives.
