Job Description
Eaton's Electrical division is currently seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to implement Lean Manufacturing concepts and Lean tools throughout the enterprise, improve operations and engineering processes, and foster a continuous improvement culture. The position is based in Santa Ana, CA and requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and minimum 3 years of experience in an engineering function. Salary range is $99,000 - $145,000 per year.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited educational institution
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an engineering function
- Minimum 1 year of experience using AutoCAD and Solid Works system
- Experience with MRP systems (SAP)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience with Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of a wide variety of manufacturing processes including assembly and pull systems
