Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to develop, implement, and maintain engineering functions for the facility. Responsibilities include coordinating equipment installations, technical support, process improvements, and compliance of Environmental and Safety Objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical, electronic, or manufacturing engineering
• 4 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering environment, ideally in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing techniques and manufacturing processes
• Demonstrated knowledge and training in assembly controls, automation, mistake proofing techniques, and CNC programming
• Solving Problems and analysis techniques (5’s, 8D’s, Ishikawa, A3)
• Background or experience in quality basics such as statistical process control, capability studies, and gage R&R ́s
