Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Design, specification, and implementation of safe and efficient manufacturing processes, including machine guarding and controls, tooling, fixtures, gauges, material handling, and process documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical equivalent 4-year degree in manufacturing/process related field from an accredited institution.
• Two (2) or more years of post-degree professional experience in a technical role supporting manufacturing processes or other related engineering functions.
• Experience with equipment, tooling and fixture design.
• Proficient with Six Sigma and Problem Solving tools (Measurement System Analysis, Capability Analysis, SPC, A3, Fishbone Diagrams, 8D and FMEA).
• Experience in hose assembly, manual assembly/test, metal fabrication and bend, welding/brazing, chemical processes, production processes.
• Preferred: Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited institution.
• Preferred: Four (4) years of post-degree professional experience in mechanical systems and controls, including equipment troubleshooting and recommending product and process improvements.
