Job Description
Eaton is seeking a Sr Program Manager (Level II) to oversee the execution and implementation of NPD programs and projects, managing customer programs, contracts, and business relationships. The successful candidate will lead the product team to drive customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and life of the program financial performance.
Requirements
- Industrial Engineering degree or related fields
- 5-7 years experience in a management position within a manufacturing environment
- English – language capability, speaking, reading & writing required
- Broad technical knowledge in the areas of manufacturing processes, quality assurance, plant engineering, production/materials planning, maintenance needs and systems application
- Broad financial knowledge for asset management, budgeting and profit plan obtainment
- Knowledge of behavioral science, including the ability to motivate, counsel, and constructively deal with people at all levels
- Strong leadership skills
