Job Description
Fairbanks Morse Defense is seeking a Sr Program Manager to lead complex technical programs in a design, manufacturing, or defense/aerospace environment. The role requires a minimum of 8+ years of experience in program management, with a strong command of government contracting and financial acumen. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage subcontractors and suppliers, and drive process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in program management
- Direct experience in design/build or complex manufacturing environments
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Excellent business power user IT skills (MS Office & Office 365, MS Project)
