Job Description
The Supplier Development Engineer will leverage technical expertise in manufacturing processes and Supplier Development Engineering (SDE) methodologies to support supplier qualification, product and process development, and launch readiness across the global supply base. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier performance and manufacturing readiness.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum (4) four years experience in supplier development and/or supplier quality
- Strong project management experience
- Proficient with cross functional team work and strong communication skills (fluent in Engish)
- Manufacturing process knowledge of cold forming and machining
- AIAG Core Tools (control plans: PFMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP)
