Job Description
Supplier Development Engineer will develop suppliers for aero parts and improve supplier performance, following Eaton standards, APQP, and PPAP. The role involves evaluating and resolving supplier technical issues, implementing process improvements, and communicating with customers and suppliers.
Requirements
- BE in Mechanical/Production/Aeronautical/Industrial Engineering
- 6-10 years of experience in Manufacturing/Process Engineering and Supplier Development and Quality
- Experience in working with global customers & suppliers
- Knowledge of problem solving tools, APQP, PPAP, Core Tools, GD&T, and AIAG
- Working knowledge of statistical tools including SPC, Gauge R&R, and capability analysis
