Job Description
Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to implement supplier quality systems, including supplier manuals, work instructions, formal assessments, metric reporting, and quality documents related to supplier selection, qualification, and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or Technology Discipline
- 3-5 years of previous experience as a Quality Engineer, preferably SQE
- Experience in the field of Electrical Utilities or electrical component manufacturing
- Knowledge of various Manufacturing Processes
- Experience working with and auditing suppliers (ASQ or RAB certification preferred)
- Strong ability to draft recommendations via formal presentations and documentation
- Experience with Quality Systems, such as APQP, PPAP and ISO 9001:2000
