Team Lead

This position will be responsible for assigning work, following schedule, work completed on schedule, resolving discrepancies, training employees, troubleshooting with technicians. The individual will serve as the link between production floor, Quality and Engineering functions, and assemble and test assemblies, sub-assemblies, and top assemblies of simple to most complex product line.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in related mechanical manufacturing assembly operations
• Minimum of 1 year experience assisting and/or leading teams or initiatives
• J-STD Solder Certification or Experience
• Ability to solder, wire, prep, and cable laying
• Experience operating tools such as calipers, torque meters, and micrometers
• Computer proficiency with the ability to process and analyze data
