Team Lead, Sign Department

Eaton's EPG CHD ALP Airport Lighting Products division is currently seeking a Team Lead, Sign Department. The Team Lead will guide a group of production employees through hands-on work while ensuring production goals, quality standards, and safety expectations are consistently met.

Requirements

• Lead and support daily assembly and production activities in the Sign Department
• Assign work, communicate priorities, and monitor workflow to meet production targets
• Train and coach team members on standard work, safety, and quality expectations
• Ensure assembled products meet quality and cosmetic finish standards
• Support and troubleshoot painting and/or powder coating operations as needed
• Promote and enforce all safety rules, policies, and PPE requirements
• Complete production paperwork and enter data into SAP accurately
• Coordinate material flow, inventory accuracy, and work order transactions
• Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards in the work area
• Support continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing efforts
