Job Description
Technical Lead position available in Transformation team, with responsibilities including delivering against operational targets, identifying and delivering training, and promoting and implementing various manufacturing processes and strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience
- Experience of programming, setting and operating CNC lathes and machines
- Experience of mould machines
- Comfortable reading and understanding technical drawings
- Good level of tooling knowledge
- Use of inspection equipment
- In depth knowledge and understanding of the technical process in order to overcome operational issues
- SAP knowledge prefered
- Good communicator, a team-player, able to motivate others
- Able to plan, organise and prioritise own and others workload
- A proven problem-solver who can share learning with others
