Job Description
We are seeking a Junior/Senior Operations Engineer to join our global Operations Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting MT4/MT5 servers and associated risk infrastructure, as well as applying platform configuration changes and monitoring system performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or a relevant field.
- 1–2 years of experience in an operational support or risk operations role.
- Experience with MT4/MT5 platform systems is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in client support or technical roles within financial or fintech environments
- Proficiency in English to facilitate effective communication across regional teams.
- CFD broker experience is necessary
- Willing to work flexible hours on rotating shifts
