Requirements
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through multiple channels.
- Review resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS).
