Job Description
Join our compassionate team of CNAs and make a difference in someone's life by providing person-directed care to our residents. This is a course training opportunity only and is NOT a paid position.
Requirements
- Practice the Values, the Mission, and Philosophy of Eben Ezer Lutheran Care Center.
- Assist in implementing care of Neighbors by becoming familiar with each neighbor's plan of care.
- Provide for privacy while giving personal care.
- Provides physical comfort by assisting neighbors with activities of daily living.
- Documents all care given.
- Performs basic vital sign skills: i.e., Temperature, Pulse, Respirations, and Blood Pressure.
- Maintains awareness of changes in neighbors' condition and appropriately reports abnormal changes to the charge nurse.
- Maintain confidentiality of all work-related information according to HIPAA regulations.
