Job Description
Ebury is seeking an experienced Senior Network and Telecoms Support Analyst to lead the design, implementation, and support of our critical networks and communications infrastructure. The role involves network engineering and architecture, telephony and voice systems, operational excellence and troubleshooting, cloud and systems engineering, and project management.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a Network Engineering and VoIP/Telephony role
- Expert-level configuration of Meraki stacks, Fortinet Firewalls, and extensive VPN tunneling experience
- Ticket and project management using Jira
- Telephony expertise with SIP, PBX administration, and call flow/IVR design
- Systems knowledge with Linux administration and FreeRadius for network authentication
- Cloud experience with AWS management and security rules
- Ability to support mixed environments (Windows, Mac OS, Chrome OS) at an admin level
- Ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
