Ebury is seeking a Head of Desk to lead a sales team, develop sales strategies, and close deals with prospective clients. The ideal candidate has a track record of sales management within FX or other cross-border financial services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor and coach others.
Requirements
- Track record of sales management within FX or other cross-border financial services
- Financial Services experience
- First-class communication skills
- Ability to mentor, coach and develop people
- Skilled negotiator, able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels within SME customers
- Native level of Italian and fluent in English
