Requirements
- Ability to interpret complex concepts, analyze audit data, and develop effective solutions
- Proven experience in identifying and auditing operational risks and controls within the finance industry
- Strong grasp of internal control frameworks, including COSO
- Relevant team management experience
- Exceptional analytical and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in facilitating high-level risk meetings with senior leadership
- Skilled at balancing and prioritizing multiple competing demands
