Job Description
Ebury helps ambitious businesses unlock global growth and is seeking a Senior FX Sales Executive to join their team in Bucharest. The successful candidate will be responsible for building client relationships, selling cash management, FX hedging and payment products, and mentoring and coaching junior team members.
Requirements
- Have a track record of sales management within B2B FX or other cross-border financial services
- Have Financial Services experience with a network advantage
- Possess first-class communication skills
- Have demonstrable ability to mentor, coach and develop people
- Be a skilled negotiator with the ability to build and leverage relationships at senior levels within SME customers
- Speak fluent Romanian and English
