As a Carrier Development Representative, you will establish relationships with carriers to provide cost-effective logistics solutions for Echo's customers. You will develop negotiation and interpersonal skills and have the opportunity to advance your sales career.
Requirements
- Preferred Bachelor's degree
- 0-5 years of experience in logistics or sales
- Driven and competitive nature
- Strong customer service and relationship building skills
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Quick learner with ability to multi-task
- Money motivated
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate, empower and influence others
