Client Sales Representative

Echo Global Logistics is seeking a motivated and self-starting Client Sales Representative to develop a book of business in a fast-paced industry. The Sales Representative will be responsible for acquiring new business through phone and email engagement, offering logistics services and solutions. The role requires strong customer service and relationship building skills, with the ability to navigate Echo's proprietary software and work independently and in a team setting.

Requirements

• Develop, maintain and manage new client relationships
• Help drive new account growth via prospecting, sourcing, and account penetration
• Effectively utilize Salesforce for client prospecting and pipeline management
• Ability to navigate Echo's proprietary software to manage daily operational tasks
• Build relationships with internal departments to ensure client transactions are processed accurately and efficiently
